Sherry-Ann Richards is the Owner of Medical Billing Solutions and a Certified Professional Coder with more than 25 years of healthcare billing and coding experience. She specializes in revenue cycle management, medical coding compliance, insurance reimbursement processes, and accounts receivable optimization.
Ms. Richards began her professional certification in medical billing and coding through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). She later earned and continues to maintain her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), one of the most respected organizations in the healthcare coding industry.
Committed to providing exceptional service to healthcare providers, Ms. Richards continuously enhances her knowledge by staying current with evolving healthcare regulations, coding updates, and industry best practices.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Healthcare Management with Honors, further strengthening her leadership and operational expertise in healthcare administration.
Under her leadership, Medical Billing Solutions continues to help healthcare providers improve revenue cycle performance, increase reimbursement accuracy, and maintain efficient billing operations.

Leoma Cuffy-Jackson was a Certified Professional Coder, Biller, and Claims Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare billing, coding, medical record review, insurance coordination, and denial management.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Cuffy-Jackson demonstrated exceptional dedication to accuracy, compliance, and professional excellence. She remained committed to staying current with industry regulations and evolving healthcare billing standards through continuing education and professional development.
To further enhance the services provided to clients, she successfully completed the Certified Billing Manager Board Examination through the American Academy of Professional Coders and obtained ICD-10 Proficiency Certification.
Leoma Cuffy-Jackson, Co-Owner of Medical Billing Solutions, passed away on February 3, 2019, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
Her vision, integrity, and dedication played a vital role in building the foundation of Medical Billing Solutions. Today, her legacy continues to inspire our commitment to excellence and service in supporting healthcare providers.
